METI was asked to help fill this local position “The shipping and receiving clerk position verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards. • Forklift operation • Wrapping of cabinets and accessories • Packing pallets to industry standards to prevent damages • Packing slip verification (Incoming and outgoing materials) • Assuring incoming materials and delivered to proper departments or areas. • Completing Bill of Lading for outgoing shipments. • Keeping work area clean and free of obstacles • Waste material management • Other duties as assigned
