Class 3 Driver graduates earn 7 Industry Certifications & 2 Driver Endorsements, all in 5 weeks.
Class 3 Truck Drivers fill a number of important jobs in industry and within all cities, towns and communities. Job opportunities may include; Straight Trucks, Waste Removal, Deliveries, Dump Truck, Snow Plows, Oil Delivery, Construction, Vac Trucks and many more!
Our Class 3 Driver program was reviewed by industry professionals in Nova Scotia and out of province, so you can be assured the program was developed to meet the local job requirements and opens the door to jobs across Canada.
Training is a mix of the essential skills required including air brake training, professional driver training, pre-trip inspections, as well as safety certifications that give you a competitive edge for employment.
For a Limited Time (Until Dec. 31, 2021): Registered students who complete this program and are interested will have the option to participate in Energy Safety Canada’s Fall Protection and Confined Space Entry & Monitor, within 90 days of graduation, at no cost to the graduate.

Many employees are required to have First Aid, WHMIS, OH&S as well as their Class 3 license which are all included in the program, eliminating the need for additional training.
What do you need to apply?
- A completed application form
- An up to date resume
- A completed Nova Scotia Class 3 Driver’s Medical that is current within the last 3 months
- Proof of your education (Grade 10)
- A valid Class 5 licence level with “N” removed
- A Driver’s Abstract that is current within the last 3 months
