ESC Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training (Energy Safety Canada) is for workers who must have training to use items of heavy equipment in a safe, effective manner.
ESC Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training (Energy Safety Canada) consists of a classroom training session and a practical training session. All participants must pass both sessions to become certified. Many work sites, whether within processing, manufacturing, construction or oil and gas, require working on an elevated work platform. This training program is designed to meet the needs of Aerial Platform Operators, regardless of brand. METI is offering ESC Mobile Elevated Work Platform through Canadian Industrial Construction Training.

Introducing the principles of safe operation of a an Aerial Platform Lift Instructing the individual how to evaluate operating skills Introducing the regulatory bodies governing operators. Explaining proper record keeping Location and Identification of Components Safety Precautions Competent Personnel Components, Inspection Temperature/Weather Level Surface, Travel Loading/Unloading Electrocution Hazard Lifting, Pushing, Towing Communication Employer and Worker Responsibility Emergency Procedures
ESC Fall Protection training is a pre-requisite for ESC Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training. You will be required to present proof of ESC Fall Protection Training prior to attending this course. Participants must be prepared with their own PPE including steel toed boots. METI will provide the required fall protection PPE (i.e. harness and lanyard).
Your ESC Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training (Energy Safety Canada) Ticket/Certificate
Upon completion of this training, you will receive a wallet-size Ticket/Certificate, that will show prospective employers that you have the credentials.
Employers may require confirmation of your Certificate, so feel free to have your prospective employer contact METI to confirm your certification.
