SAIA Industrial Scaffold Apprenticeship Training Second Year and Exam Key benefits
This module is designed for scaffolders with 3200 hours of scaffolding experience and trains a student to build more advanced scaffolds.
Theory includes proper and safe work practices and basic blueprinting scaffolds. The practical is based on independent structure scaffolds including tower with buttresses, tower with cantilevers, area scaffolds, and scaffold runs.
Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. It is mandatory to have a study binder for the exam level you are challenging. Study binders can be purchased from METI administration office for $125.00 each.
