Workplace Violence and Harassment Awareness and Prevention Training helps you to identify and effectively deal with violence and/or harassment in the workplace.
Many employers are just now realizing the significant impact undesirable behavior such as violence and harassment can have in the workplace. Statistics compiled by both Statistics Canada and the US Bureau of Labour clearly outline the serious risk of, and potential for, workplace violence. According to a report by Statistics Canada in 2007, 1 in 5 or 20% of all violent incidents in Canada (physical assault, homicide, and sexual assault) took place at a work site.
