METI’s Defensive Driving Training will enable you to safely operate a vehicle and identify safety hazards associated with operating motor vehicles. Our Training is approved by the Canada Safety Council and recognized across Canada, is ideal for drivers with a minimum of two years driving experience, who have been issued a Nova Scotia “Graduated Driver Licence (GDL)”, as they may become eligible to have the “N” removed from their license. Drivers who have accumulated demerit points, due to driving infractions, may qualify for a reduction in demerit points. Defensive Driving Training is a form of training or practice for motor vehicle drivers to drive in such a way that they consciously reduce the dangers associated with driving.
