Working at Heights

Falls from heights are a leading cause of workplace injuries. As you will learn in Working at Heights, these type of falls can happen in a split-second and can result in serious injury or death.

Working at Heights entails formalized training and certification in both Fall Protection Training and Basic Frame Scaffold Training – Staging User & Erector Training.

Train to manage the risks associated with work at heights and to assess and control such hazards in Working at Heights!

Every jurisdiction has its own working at heights requirements, and any person working at heights over three metres in Nova Scotia is required by law to be trained in fall protection systems (work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated work platforms, roofs or any other place that presents a fall hazard).

Working at Heights is for the Safety Practitioner who ensures safe practices and conditions for workers who work at height!
